Business German - Packages

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule once up to  24 hours before the booked appointment. You can do so on the “Student Panel”. If you encounter problems, please contact order@magicGerman.net.

Cancellation:

You can cancel appointments at any time. You can do so on the “Student Panel” (if you encounter problems please contact order@magicGerman.net.).

Please note that we charge the following processing fees:

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment: We will reimburse the full amount minus the processing fees of our payment provider and an admin fee. If the lesson is part of a lesson package, the package discounts will be withdrawn. Already taken lessons will be charged at full price and only the difference minus fees (processing fees of our payment provider and admin fee) will be reimbursed.

Cancellation from 48 hours before the start of the event: The full participation fee will be charged. This also applies if you do not appear or the lesson had been rescheduled previously.
