The Sprachakademie Trial Week can only be purchased once and only by a person who has never participate in the Sprachakademie before. Misuse of this product may lead to a temporary or permanent suspension or termination of a user’s account.

Withdrawal:

Due to the nature of the products being instantly available, we cannot offer refunds. If you have questions about the product before purchasing, please contact us at letstalk@magicGerman.net.

Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel events due to reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the trainer, force majeure, etc.). Liability and damage claims are excluded unless we have acted with intent or gross negligence.
